These Terms of Use govern the use of the website at www.beyondguides.com (the “Website”), operated by Beyond Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (the “Company” or “Beyond Guides”).
1. Purpose and scope of the Website
The Website provides information about the Beyond Guides mobile application and its features, shares announcements, and enables visitors to contact us.
The Website does not provide travel guide services, process reservations, sell products or services, or offer paid subscriptions. Access to the Website is free of charge.
These Terms of Use apply solely to the Website. Use of the Beyond Guides mobile application is governed by separate terms of use provided within the application.

Descriptions, images and screenshots on the Website are provided to introduce the Beyond Guides application and its features.
Features under development, interfaces and release plans may change. Promotional images may differ from the released version of the application. Available features may vary depending on the application version, device specifications and operating system.
Release dates that have not been confirmed and features that are not yet available do not constitute a commitment to make them available by a particular date. Users’ statutory rights remain unaffected.
